We try to get all orders despatched in the shortest time possible but due to stock levels it can sometimes take up to 4 weeks.

We deliver to almost anywhere in the world. We offer 3 postal rates – UK, EU and Rest of World. All our deliveries are sent by standard Royal Mail services or registered post if directed to. Registered post is a traceable service. We do not offer a next day service.

Occasionally there are delays with the postal services which are beyond our control.

Due to continuing problems with the postal service in South Africa please contact us before placing an order to check we can send to you.

 If a delivery appears lost in the post we can make a claim for that loss. The earliest we are able to start any claim from the Royal Mail is 28 working days from the date of despatch. The Royal mail may contact you as part of their investigation and we would appreciate your fast reply to their contact.

Order Payments

Order payments are made online using all major credit cards. Payments are processed securely by Worldpay. All payments are processed in Pounds Sterling and your card statement will show Worldpay/Grand Prix Models against the transaction.

Delivery Guarantee

GPM guarantee all deliveries for loss in transit and will send a replacement of the lost order. Damaged items (either in manufacture or transit) are subject to our returns policy below.

Returns, refunds and credits

If you are not happy with your purchase you can make an exchange, get a refund or a credit note. If there has been an error made by us then you choose which of the above you would prefer. If the problem is not our fault then we will decide the best action. We suggest you contact us by email before sending a return item. You must let us know 30 days from date of despatch.

Reasons for a return can include wrong item despatched, item damaged (either in manufacture or in transit to you).

No return postage is refundable. When returning any items we suggest that you obtain a proof of postage from your local postal service. Should the returned item not arrive back with us this will allow you to trace the item. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not arrive back with us. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process from date of receipt.

If returning an item from outside the EU, please mark your customs declaration as “Damaged goods. Returning to sender”
